EU's investigation: In the EU's countervailing investigation against hot-rolled steel, she represented Shagang Group (China's largest private steel enterprise) to obtain a countervailing duty rate 4.6%, which is the second lowest countervailing duty rate in the past ten years for Chinese enterprises participating to EU's countervailing investigation; in the EU's anti-dumping investigation against oriented silicon steel, she represented Baosteel and Wuhan Iron & Steel under the China Baowu Group in responding to the investigation, and finally obtained anti-dumping duty

UK's investigation: In the aluminum extrusion case, which is the first anti-dumping investigation case against China after Brexit, she represented one of the mandatory respondents to participate in the complete investigation process of this case. She is one of few Chinese lawyers in recent years in mastering the UK trade remedy investigation related laws, methods and rules, a minority of lawyers who can in the first time directly involved in the UK's original anti-dumping investigation with the most direct case experience.

Australia's investigation: She is proficient in the investigation method of " Particular Market Situation" in the legislation and practice of Australian anti-dumping investigation, special practice adopted in periodical review, new exporter review, sunset review, and duty assessment. Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries: She has handled a number of anti-dumping investigations initiated by Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, and are familiar with the investigation methodology of " Market Economy Treatment" adopted in the legislation and practice of anti-dumping investigations in Southeast Asian countries, and she has accumulated rich experience in the increasing number of investigations in Southeast Asian countries.

Foreign litigation / arbitration: She provided legal solutions for a Chinese steel company in a trade dispute with a Korean trader; represented Chinese steel company in an appeal to the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada against the final anti-dumping decision on corrosion-resistant steel made by Canada Border Services Agency; represented a Hong Kong-based trading company in a dispute with a Swiss trading company in an international goods sales contract and filled an arbitration; provided legal solutions for a Chinese ore company in a dispute over an international goods transportation contract.
