Mr. Jin is the principal founding partner of Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai). He has more than 25 years of legal practice and extensive experience in securities, finance, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice involves a broad range of matters with a particular emphasis on complex civil litigations.<br>Prior to joining Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai) in 2002, he was the head of Legal Department of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd., which is the first and the only coal mining company listed on New York Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Shanghai Stock Exchange (NYSE: YZC, SEHK: 1171, SSE: 600188).  Mr. Jin led the whole process of domestic and oversea listing, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions for Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd.

Represented a group company and its affiliated companies in Jiangsu Province on asset restructuring

Provided a special legal verification service for Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture Finance Technology Co., Ltd. in connection with its domestic transaction issues

Represented a Shanghai group company and a real estate company in the loan disputes, including representing the clients in front of the first and the second trials, and appellate retrial hearings in front of the Supreme People's Court after the second trial. The Supreme People's Court overruled the decisions of the first and second trials and ordered Tianjin High People's Court to retrial the loan case.

Represented a Shanghai investment management company and a Shanghai biochips company in contract validity disputes, including advising both clients in front of the first and the second trials, and appellate retrial hearings in front of the Supreme People's Court after the second trial. The Supreme People's Court overruled the decisions of the first and second trials and ordered Tianjin High People's Court to retrial the case.

Represented a Shanghai group company in an equity transfer dispute with a medical technology company. Obtained the supports by the court in all cases and assisted the client in realizing all rights in the claims by means of paying debt in kind.

Represented a well-known private enterprise on an equity transfer dispute with a car investment company (for both the first trial and the second trial). The case has been awarded as one of the guiding cases released by the Supreme People’s Court.

On behalf of numerous clients in many first-instance cases in front of Shanghai High People's Court, Anhui High People's Court, Tianjin High People's Court and Jiangsu High People's Court and second-instance cases in the Supreme People’s Court, and the object of the litigation for each of such cases is in a large amount.
