In the cases of Shenzhen Tencent Computer Technology Co., Ltd. v. Guangzhou Aijiuyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. for trademark infringement and unfair competition (eight cases in total), represented the defendant Aijiuyou Company providing effective defense, which facilitated two parties’ reconciliation;
Represented Zhejiang Tmall/Taobao Network Co., Ltd. in court to respond to a series of trademark, patent, copyright infringement and unfair competition cases (up to hundreds of cases) claimed by different rights parties;
Represented Guangzhou Aijiuyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. in five trademark infringement lawsuits against Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.
Represented defendants in Chinese cross-border e-commerce sellers in U.S. trademark infringement litigation, copyright infringement litigation, and patent infringement litigation
In the case of Shenzhen Xunlei Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing IQiyi Technology Co., Ltd. for unfair competition, representing Xunlei, and finally won the case for the client.
Represented clients MR. CHI WING LIMITED、SINGAPORE HEADWAY MEDICINE CO in trademark infringement and unfair competition rights protection.
Represented the defendant and appellee, Dongguan iKang Coffee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). The plaintiff claimed that the client's product copied the invention patent of "a small manual coffee pot", and demanded client to stop the sale and claim 2.1 million yuan penalty.
