Zhang Ying played the lead role on the significant deal “Chengdu Ziguang Integrated Circuit Industry Fund formed” which was listed as Deals of the Year 2019 by China Business Law Journal; the Fund has a total size of RMB 58 billion. Zhang Ying also led on the deal that her team provided full legal services to the establishment of Phase I equity investment fund of Major Industrialization Projects in Chengdu in 2020; the Fund has a total size of RMB 40 billion. In addition, Zhang Ying took the lead in handling several Capital Market projects with a target value of billions of RMB as the principal lawyer in charge of the project.

She launched her first publishment as chief editor in 2021, i.e. the book "Private Equity Fund Industry Compliance Management Practices - Operational Guidelines and Practice Models". She also published several essays related to the formation of investment funds.
