Guangdong Green Finance Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (actual holder of which is Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, and hereinafter referred to as “Green Finance Control”) successfully completed the transfer of its shares to Shenzhen Prolto Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Prolto”, stock code :002769). As such, Green Finance Control directly and indirectly own a total of 10.66% of the shares of Prolto based on the voting rights. Therefore, it become the new shareholder of Prolto. The actual holder of Prolto has been changed to Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. The transaction brings together successful state-owned and private enterprises, conducive to the further integration of state-owned capital, and the promotion of listed companies, in an effort to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of minority shareholders.
