On July 16, 2015, Tonghua Naibo New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Tonghua Naibo”) gained approval for its listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”).

Dacheng’s Guangzhou office is the designated legal counsel for Tonghua Naibo. A Dacheng team formed of senior partner Lu Wangsheng, attorney Peng Yuan and associate Jiang Yu advised the project.

Tonghua Naibo was founded in 2006. It is a professional manufacturer of refractories and wear resistant products, and a provider of the post-sales service thereof. Tonghua Naibo is the biggest producer of monolithic refractories in Jilin Province, and also a member of Refractories of Standardization Administration of China to set forth the standards for castables and carbon ramming mixes. It was certified with the ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems in 2004, and was authorized by “technology center of Jilin enterprises” and awarded “Jilin’s exemplary enterprise in good faith”, “Jilin’s trustworthy enterprise” and “Jilin’s high-tech enterprise”.
