From April 13 to 14, 2019, the fourth Nantong Lawyer Representative Conference was successfully held in Wenfeng Hotel. 177 lawyer representatives and invited representatives elected from more than 1,600 lawyers across the city attended the meeting, including Mr. Gu Yingbin and other lawyer representatives from Dentons Nantong.

Wang Junyue, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Justice, Jiang Yonghua, member of the Nantong Municipal Committee Standing Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee Politics and Law Committee, and Miu Ping, director of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Justice, attended the meeting and delivered important speeches.

In the conference, Gu Yingbin, three-term chairman, delivered a work report on behalf of the council. The General Assembly passed the "Work Report of the Third Council", "Work Report of the Second Board of Supervisors", " Financial Work Report of the Third Council" and "Revised Draft of the Association Articles". Representatives and leaders of the Provincial Bureau of Justice and the Municipal Party Committee Politics and Law Committee highly recognized the lawyers’ work during the past three terms.

The conference also passed the member list of the fourth council of the Nantong Lawyers Association and the third board of supervisors. Mr. Wang Nian, Ji Gang and Ma Jia of Dentons Nantong were elected as members of the current council. Mr. Huang Bing and Mrs. Shan Min from Dentons Nantong were elected as supervisors of the current board of supervisors. The 4th Council appointed Mr. Gu Yingbin as honorary chairman of Nantong Lawyers Association.

All lawyers of Dentons Nantong will fully perform the duties of the council member and supervisor and make new achievements for the city's lawyer industry, in order to contribute more to the development of Nantong lawyer industry and the construction of a new Nantong.
