China Merchants Finance Holdings selected Dentons China to join its legal panel

Recently, after the application and selection process, a team led by Dentons Beijing senior partner Qing Guo was successfully appointed to the legal panel of China Merchants Finance Holdings Co., Ltd ("CMF").

Established in 1986, CMF is a direct subsidiary of China Merchants Group ("CMG"), one of the four largest Chinese-funded enterprises in Hong Kong. CMF is primarily engaged in the financial investment and capital operation. Under CMG's authorization, CMF also has management and guidance power over the financial service businesses within the CMG. Currently, CMF has 11 financial subsidiaries, covering a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, securities, funds, and asset management. In addition, CMF initiated and established China Merchants Bank, China's first joint-stock commercial bank.

The team led by Mr. Guo focuses on legal services in the financial sector and has served a number of large financial institutions for a long time.
