On December 28, 2018, Sino Gas Holdings Group Limited ("Sino Gas", stock code: 1759) was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dentons acted as the Chinese legal counsel for the sponsor of Sino Gas in this listing.

Founded in 2005 and located in China, Sino Gas is mainly engaged in the refueling of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and sales and transportation of natural gas. The Group ranked third in the refueling market for LPG vehicles in Guangdong Province and ranked first in the compressed natural gas vehicle refueling market in Zhengzhou city, Henan Province.
