Dentons advises SZSE SME Board-listed Jingce Electronic on issuing convertible corporate bonds

On March 29, 2019, after gaining the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Wuhan Jingce Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jingce Electronic") successfully issued a total of RMB 375 million convertible corporate bonds to the public, with a maturity of 6 years. The issue price of the bonds is 100 yuan and the interest rate increases every year, being 0.5% in the first year, 0.8% in the second year, 1.0% in the third year, 1.5% in the fourth year, 2% in the fifth year, and 2.5% in the sixth year.
