On March 20 2013, Guangdong Shengtong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. ("Shengtong Leasing"), advised by Dacheng, completed settlement of exchange for $300 million of fund raised from aboard. Previously, on December 10 last year, Guangdong Yingtong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (" Yingtong Leasing"), advised also by Dacheng, completed a big-ticket overseas financing in order to conduct leasing services in China.
The most characteristic about the financial leasing is that the lessee is a subway company based in one of China's capital cities. It represents one of the very few cases where a subway company manages to access leasing services financed by overseas capital.
Shengtong Leasing and Yingtong Leasing are both subsidiaries of Hong Kong Liangtong International Investment Group, Ltd. ("Liangtong International") . Liangtong International exercises its control over these two companies through Liangtong Leasing Co., Ltd., an investment platform incorporated in Guangdong. As one of the most innovative financial leasing entities, Liangtong International has witnessed a steady increase in assets held under lease.
