Dacheng Attorneys Advise Jonjee on Short-term Financing Bond Issue
On October 23 2013, Jonjee Hi-tech Industrial and Commercial Holdings Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of the first batch of short-term financing bills for 2013. The bills, issued at a face value of RMB100 with a coupon rate of 6.30% and maturing in 365 days, are scheduled to raise RMB300mln.
