Guangdong Shuoquan Gardening Co., Ltd. (“Shuoquan Gardening”, stock code: 831837) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A team comprising senior partner Wang Enshun, partner Qiu Pei and associate Gu Qian advised Shuoquan Gardening on the listing. The team was responsible for conducting due diligence and drafting attorney’s opinion letter.
Shuoquan Gardening completed stockholding reform in July, 2014. It is primarily engaged in the planning, design, engineering and construction, and maintenance of medium- to high-end real estate landscapes and gardens. Its key products include classical and modern garden architecture, landscaping, sculpture and fountain, and hill- and water-making. Shuoquan Gardening owns a number of technical professionals and technologies for landscape engineering and construction as well as more than 30 awards in this area. In February 2004, it was honored “Quality Engineering Enterprise in Guangdong Province”; in May 2006, it was named “Renowned Garden Construction Enterprise”; in May 2007, the company was recognized as “AAA+ China Quality Credit Enterpirse”; in March 2008, it was recognized as one of the “Top 100 Urban and Landscape Engineering Enterprises in China”; in March 2009, it was awarded “AAA+ Model Quality-, Safety- and Credit-assured Landscaping and Gardening Enterprise”; and in August 2010, Ocean City of Zhongshan won a silver-medal sample project award in landscape architecture in Guangdong.
