On April 14, Dentons Yinchuan office was invited to a working conference held by Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the People’s Congress of Ningxia. The meeting commissioned attorneys from the office to participate in research and law drafting projects.

Attorney Du Yaoyun and other third party contacts spoke at the meeting. Later, the local Internal and Legal Affairs Committee and Yinchuan office signed an agreement to formalize the commission to draft air pollution prevention and control regulations for the region. It was the first time the Committee had commissioned its legislative work to a third party.
 
At the end of the meeting, the Committee unveiled a plate which designated the Dentons Yinchuan office as “Point of Contact for Ningxia Autonomous Region’s Internal and Legal Affairs Committee”.
