Bella is a partner in the corporate group in Dacheng Beijing office. Her practice focuses on 

advising and assisting clients in connection with a broad spectrum of matters including corporate, 

investment, finance, business operation, commercial arrangements and associated regulatory 

issues, cross-border transactions, and cybersecurity and data compliance. 
Bella regularly advises Chinese and international clients in the emerging market and TMT 

sector on corporate, financing, marketing, and general compliance matters. Her client base 

includes technology companies engaged in the business of internet, e-commerce, e-marketing, 

digital media, online education, software, and smart device.
She also assists companies in a variety of industries with respect to inbound and outbound 

investments by way of green fields, joint ventures, M&As, and other types of transactions. 

Her extensive and varied experiences allow her to bring a thorough understanding of the 

challenges encountered in the dynamic and fast-paced business environment and offer 

practical and efficient legal solutions. 
In addition, Bella writes articles on foreign direct investment, outbound investment, and 

cybersecurity and data compliance. She is one of the contributors of practice notes published 

by Thomson Reuters Practical Law.
Bella obtained her LL.B., J.D. and P.C.LL from China University of Political Science and Law 

and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, respectively.
