Attorney Zhu Huiting from Dacheng’s Inner Mongolia office was recently appointed member of the Legal Advisory Group for Overseas Chinese-funded Enterprises. On November 14 2014, she would attend a working meeting on the coordination of complaints filed by overseas Chinese entrepreneurs held in Guiyang, Guizhou province by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. At the meeting, new members of the legal advisory group would be officially appointed.
The legal advisory group, which is now in its third term, is composed of 38 lawyers. Their expertise is tapped to better serve enterprises funded by overseas Chinese, protect the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese, ethnic Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong and Macau making investment, raising finance, operating business and conducting trade in China.
