Dacheng and CASME Sign Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

On December 6 2013, Xu Yongqian, senior partner and deputy director of Dacheng’s managing committee signed a three-year-term strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of Dacheng with Li Zibin, president of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (“CASME”). Also present at the signing ceremony were heads of CASME’s international exchange and exhibition department, information department and service center for enterprise governance and operation. Xu Jianfeng, director and vice-president of Focus Technology Co., Ltd. and president of made-in-China.com witnessed the union of the two parties.
 
The two parties and heads of made-in-china.com exchanged ideas on potential areas for cooperation and reached a consensus that all sides should bring together the unique resources they had to provide multi-layered, multi-field and all-round service for SMEs in their “going out and bringing in” endeavor. On the part of Dacheng, it was committed to playing a useful part in the formation of CASME’s private equity fund and the bank serving specifically China’s SMEs using its professional strength and resources, propelling SMEs’ participation in state-owned economy’s strategic adjustment, building a safe, sound and convenient information service platform to support SMEs and expand their channels for going out. A project team led by Mr. Xu Yongqian and composed of partner Guan Qi, counsel Zheng Zheng, attorneys Li Manjing and Li Linwei would be in charge of the task.
 
CASME is a voluntary national non-profit organization which was initially made up of China’s small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs from different industries and regions. Founded on December 10 2006 and headquartered in Beijing, it is subject to guidance from National Development and Reform Commission and oversight of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The organization has also attracted the attention of large enterprises with goodwill to help SMEs, service providers for SMEs and other social groups.
