Recently, the China Tendering and Bidding Public Service Platform announced the bidding results for China Export & Credit Insurance Corp (SINOSURE)'s legal panels in 2019. Dentons China was successfully selected into its legal panel for non-contentious cross-border matters with high scores, and also joined the national panel for litigation (including arbitration).

In accordance with the requirements stipulated on the solicitation documents issued by SINOSURE, Dentons provided a total of 47 credentials led by the partners in this project team in 22 countries around the world, covering all required countries/jurisdictions.
SINOSURE is the only policy insurance company in China that undertakes export credit insurance business. It was officially launched and entered into operations on December 18, 2001. It has 15 divisions, including headquarters department, 18 branches and 6 business management departments, and has formed a nationwide service network. It has set a representative office in London and working groups in Russia, Brazil, South Africa and Dubai. SINOSURE supports the development of foreign trade by providing insurance and other services for foreign trade and economic cooperation, and pays special attentions to exports of cargos, technologies and services, especially high-tech, value-added mechanical and electrical products and other capital goods to help promote the economy growth, employment and balance of payments. Its major products and services include mid/long-term export credit insurance, overseas investment insurance, short term export credit insurance, domestic trade credit insurance, credit guarantee and reinsurance related to export credit insurance, accounts receivable management, collection of commercial debts, information consultation, etc.
