Recently, a loan was granted by China Development Bank’s Anhui branch to Anhui Zhongding Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., who would pump the capital into its sealing parts subsidiary in America to support the latter’s equity acquisition of the local Acushnet Rubber Company, Inc. The acquisition was valued at $71.25mln. A Dacheng project team from the practice of finance provided legal service for China Development Bank.
