On March 28, 2013, Guangxi Construction Engineering Group, Ltd. successfully completed a first offering of RMB300mln short-term financing bills for 2013 out of a registered amount of RMB700mln, with a maturity of 365 days and at an interest rate of 4.59%.
Agricultural Bank of China acted as the lead underwriter for the issuance and Dacheng provided legal service for the issuer. The project team was composed of Nanning-based attorneys Yuan Gongzhang, Li Jie and Yang Xin.
