On April 3, 2013, Guangzhou Textiles Industry & Trade Holding, Ltd. submitted an application to National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (“NAFMII”) for the first offering of RMB 200mln short-term financing bills for 2013. Dacheng represented the group in connection with the application. The project team was led by Guangzhou-based senior partner Wu Guang, with support from associates Han Yiyan, Liu Xiabo, Chen Junjie and Yuan Feng. The project team has previously provided all-round legal service for the group on the successful issuance of RMB 200mln short-term financing bills in 2012.
