On November 13 2013, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (“CSCEC”, Code No.:601668) successfully completed the issue of the first batch of short-term financing bills for 2013. The 365-day-term bills, with a face value of RMB100 and a coupon rate of 5.69%, were scheduled to raise RMB5bn.
