Mr. Chen has been acting as counsel for the most well-known domestic companies in China, including CNC, CNAF, CHP, China Life Insurance Company Ltd., China National Arts and Crafts (Group) Corp., Yeland Group Co., Ltd; undertaking or taking part in a lot of projects of acquisition and merger, exploitation or transfer of real estate and he has also served for the overseas companies, such as China Aviation Petrol (Singapore) Corporation Ltd. and BEA System HK Ltd.
Mr. Chen has also assisted clients in the increase of stock share of Yeland Group Co., Ltd, the share-trading reform of Sihuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., IPO of China Medstar(s) PTE. LTD in Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange and the restructuring of China Aviation Oil Supply Corporation.
Mr. Chen has taken part in projects of bankruptcy reforming of Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd and closedown liquidation of Xing An Securities.
